Who we are
Postern Private is a lifestyle and private home management service based in Georgia. Questions about this policy can be sent to office@posternprivate.com.
What we collect from this website
Only what you type into the introduction form: your name, the best way to reach you, the number of residences, whether you are inquiring for yourself or someone else, and anything you choose to add.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. A simple visit counter of our own records the date and time of each visit, the page viewed, an approximate location (country, state and city), the network name, the referring site and the browser type. It does not store IP addresses and does not set cookies.
What we collect from clients
To run your home, we keep household details, schedules, travel plans, documents, vendor and warranty records, access codes and family dates.
How we use it
Only to provide the service. We never sell your information and never use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Vendors receive only what each job requires, and never your name. We also rely on a small number of service providers to run the business:
- Web3Forms, which delivers introduction-form messages to our inbox
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- our email, file storage and text messaging providers
How long we keep it
When service ends, your information is deleted or returned to you within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep it or the law requires us to.
If you send an inquiry and do not become a client, what you sent is deleted within 12 months.
Security
Client information is kept in password-protected accounts and shared only with those who need it for a given job. Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement before stepping inside. More on how we work is in the Discretion section of our site.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to office@posternprivate.com.
Children
This site and our service are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through this site.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its effective date. This version took effect in October 2026.
